Will el nino effect Pakistan in 2016?

El nino badly effected summers of 2015 in Pakistan with heat waves causing hundreds of deaths and lesser rains .. will this phenomenon continue in 2016?

There have been some predictions for 2017, but lets hope everything goes well.
