Which E-Reader would be good for a kid, cheaper than $100 ? So that children could use it only for reading books, and not playing games, iPads and other Tablets already do that work.

In case anyone is interested, the Myst Reader so all 3 books is available on Kindle for about 10. I downloaded it yesterday and hope to start on it soon.
