Facebook in it's news last Thursday announced
"Today we’re launching the Facebook Sports Stadium, a dedicated place to experience sports in real-time with your friends and the world. With 650 million sports fans, Facebook is the world’s largest stadium. People already turn to Facebook to celebrate, commiserate, and talk trash with their friends and other fans."
Users of Facebook Sports Stadium will be able to switch between four tabs. One of these shows play-by-play details of the kind found on ESPN's site and apps, while another collates relevant comments from your friends, arranged in order of most recent first — just like Twitter. A third tab shows comments from "experts" — verified commentators, players, and other big names — and the final one includes detailed stats for the event you're watching.
