The Pebble Core is a 3G-enabled, ultraportable, voice-driven computer which is a unique beast. Part of the Pebble 2 Kickstarter (one of the the most-funded Kickstarter campaigns ever …two of the top three spots are already Pebble campaigns), it represents the first non-watch hardware from the independent smartwatch company. As announced by the company, it now also represents one of the handful of non-Amazon products to integrate Alexa.

Pebble has had voice-recognition technology since the introduction of the Pebble Time – later integrating Amazon's Alexa into their own.At well under $100, one can imagine a future much more in line with the science fiction concepts realised ; where everyone walked around with a virtual assistant at their beck and call.

The Core will be able to do everything that the Amazon Echo can do, including playing songs, artists, and playlists from Amazon Prime Music, iHeartRadio, and more , read you the latest news headlines , order food , shop for gifts and necessities on Amazon , get weather and traffic updates etc
