Samsung Galaxy X, a folding smartphone

Samsung is always coming up with something cool now and then, just like every other mobile company, Samsung unleashes some different gadgets after every few months. According to reports published by Bloomberg, the Korean tech has been experimenting on foldable displays for quite some time now but, it seems as if they are ready to launch it’s first foldable smartphone this year, in 2017.
Samsung is currently producing two new smartphone models, one of them will be a folding device while the other one will be a 5 inch screen and when using it as cell phone which can then be rolled out as an 8 inch display. The first prototype was introduced at CES 2014 in a private meeting.

There have been a few designs introduced, but one of them have been finalized having a curved edge which will appear clearly when folded. Samsung has shown how a patent mobile will look when folded and unfolded. So, according to this patent mobile report the device will have an icon which will help the user access the apps. With this these foldable phones will also give us the facility to plug in phones with each other and then connecting them to a pocketable screen which unfolds into a mobile workshop. According to some highlights, the gadgets will have impressive cameras with high resolutions, much better than the other Samsung Galaxy devices. These gadgets might not have a large international launch at first, they will be available for sale in some countries namely, U.K, Germany, South Korea, Italy and Nordic countries.

Samsung has always been ahead in introducing something different in the field of smartphones, if they do introduce this new gadget they will surely be on top in the tech world.
